- Audio and media files — files you upload or URLs you submit for transcription.
- Communications — any messages you send to us by email or through the Service.
Information collected automatically:
- Log data — standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies and session data — we use cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide the transcription and research tools you request
- Deliver transcripts to your email inbox via our email provider, Resend
- Process payments through Stripe
- Respond to your support requests and communications
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Service
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Audio Files and Transcripts
Audio and media files you upload or submit for transcription are used solely to generate your transcript. Uploaded files are deleted from our servers promptly after your transcript has been produced. Transcripts themselves are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited personal information with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Service. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of any future marketing communications
